After School Program (ASP) 2026–2027
Dovercourt Clubhouse & Outreach School Locations
We’re excited to welcome families back to our After School Program (ASP) for the 2026–2027 school year! Our programs provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children, with flexible options to meet your family’s needs.
Our After School Program runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering structured activities, homework support, and recreational programming.
Morning Programs (where available) operate from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, providing a safe and supervised start to the day for families who require early care.
Please Note:
- All participants must be registered Dovercourt Club members prior to enrolling in any outreach school program.
- A daily ASP fee applies and includes access to a variety of programming such as homework support, arts and crafts, and physical activities.
- To ensure the health and safety of all children, staff, and families, Dovercourt Club continues to follow established policies and procedures. The After School Program Operational Procedures Handbook, including current health and safety guidelines, is available on our website along with registration forms.
- This program is funded by the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries.

Participation - Safety, Policies and Procedures
Before participating in the Before and After School Program, you must register as a member. Members of all ages have access to different types of activities on a daily basis in this program. This includes arts and crafts, sports, computer skills, theatre, dance, and much more.
Please note, these guidelines are subject to change as per the direction of the Ministry of Education Child Care, Ministry of Health and Early Years Licensing Branch, and local Public Health
Units.
We also offer Safe Walk, which is a program that allows members of our Club to escorted from their school to our location.
This service includes pick-up at the following locations:
- St. Anthony Catholic School
- St. Sebastian Catholic School
- Pauline Public School
- Dovercourt Public School
Please note the Aquatics and Character Development Programs also run during the After School Program.
