What swim level should I register my child in for the next session?
- If your child is currently participating in the BGC Dovercourt Club Aquatic program, you can refer to their latest report card (received at the end of every session). If you did not receive their report card, please contact the Pool Coordinator.
- If your child swims at another facility or with another program, please let us know the last level they have achieved and the Front Desk staff can assist with the conversion chart. Assessments can be arranged if needed.
Do you offer make-up classes?
We are unable to offer make-up classes (unless initiated by BGC Dovercourt Club) or any financial credit/refund for missed classes.
My child is not yet toilet trained, are they still able to participate?
Yes, Please ensure your child wears either a disposable/reusable swim diaper. Regular diapers are not accepted.
What if my child does not achieve the level they are striving for? What happens next?
Every swimmer learns at a different pace. At times it may take multiple sessions to complete the level. Each session your child will work with the instructor to practice the skills they need to be safe, strong and successful swimmers.
